Information collected
When you submit a request, CSCL receives the contact details you provide, the catalogue and custom items in the request, your notes, audit timestamps, the request reference, and any files you choose to attach.
Why it is used
The information is used to review the requirement, clarify specifications, prepare or follow up on a quotation and protect the service from abuse.
Private attachments
Files are sent to CSCL with your enquiry and are not published in the catalogue. Only attach information needed to describe your requirement; do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Your contact information
We use the contact details you provide to respond to your enquiry. Your request and contact information are not displayed on public product pages.
Storage and service providers
Quote requests are sent by email to CSCL, with a copy to the email address you supply. Website hosting and email providers process the information needed to deliver those messages. Copies may remain in the sender’s and recipients’ mailboxes under their retention settings.
Attachments use temporary private storage for transfer. Completed transfers are removed after email acceptance; abandoned copies are eligible for removal after 24 hours and checked by scheduled maintenance.
This browser may remember your product list and draft details to make the form easier to use. Attached files must be selected again after a refresh. On a shared device, clear your list and close the tab when finished. Do not rely on the website as your only record of an enquiry.
